Lobby or reception in Quality Inn & Suites Phoenix NW - Sun City

Room was clean although the motel was a bit old, I booked this motel for the location, which proved to be great for my itinerary. I also walked every morning and found a nice little neighborhood route through a couple of parks. I didn't partake of the breakfast. The staff was excellent as I had a nightmare of a trip down with cancelled flights and they helped a lot with arriving in the middle of the night and dealing with my lost luggage.

It was really quiet, clean. The bed, pillows and linens were really comfy. Good shower. The staff was really nice, helpful.

Restaurant/places to eat in Quality Inn & Suites Phoenix NW - Sun City

My daughter and I checked in pretty late, but the clerk was super nice and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was so, so comfortable. We also went for the complimentary breakfast the next morning, and that was also very nice. Thank you for the great experience at a very reasonable price!

Property building in Quality Inn & Suites Phoenix NW - Sun City

The airline did not deliver our luggage and my credit card was blocked even though I have notify them of my trip. The staff was so helpful in making it possible for us to check in, with a bit of extra toiletry to help with our not having personal items with us.

rooms are clean and staff is great. Little nosiey with train and road but for what its worth that is obvious if you have good situational awareness. i typically stay at hiltons or hyatts. im finding that the Quality brand motels are giving an effort to the brand that should be comparable or to be seen nipping at the heels of the hotel brands Hilton and some Hyatts. this year ive stayed equally at Quality and Hilton. im finding Quality to be cleaner, and friendlier staff by far. room service now at some Quality locations is a wise addition .

Location was ideal for spring training baseball parks, shopping, and access to northern destinations. Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly (especially the "caretakers" of the breakfast room!) Will stay again.
